Susanna Mendlow

Cellist Susanna Mendlow performs a wide stylistic range—from classical and contemporary to world and pop—appearing in venues such as Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and the National Gallery. She has collaborated with artists including Dionne Warwick, members of the Emerson Quartet, and the band Sigur Rós and toured Central Asia with the experimental quartet Moyindau. Currently she performs with Kassia Music, Georgetown Chamber Players, and the multi‑genre duo Cello, World. Mendlow is also an active educator with a private studio and faculty positions at Washington Adventist University and George Washington University.
