Chiara Pappalardo

Chiara Pappalardo enjoys a versatile career as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral performer, and teacher. Originally from Italy, she has performed throughout Italy and the United States, appearing in recital series, embassies, and major venues such as The Kennedy Center and Strathmore, and has earned prizes in international competitions as well as the 2019 Catholic University Concerto Competition. An active orchestral musician and dedicated teacher, she has performed with ensembles including the New Orchestra of Washington and Opera Italiana Orchestra, and currently serves on the faculty of several Washington-area music schools after completing her D.M.A. in Cello Performance and Artist Diploma at The Catholic University of America.
