Zach Levin

Zach Levin is a Canadian violinist in the Astrodon String Quartet who completed his master’s degree at the University of Delaware, where he studied with Jeremy Berry and the Calidore String Quartet. He has performed frequently with Symphony Nova Scotia and participated in NYO Canada’s “Frenergy” tour with the European Union Youth Orchestra. As a soloist he has appeared with Dalhousie’s Symphony Orchestra on both violin and viola and served as a “Rising Star” mentor at Vancouver Academy of Music’s Sea to Sky Chamber Festival. Originally from Vancouver, he balances his musical career with interests in film, baseball, food, and exploring his new home in Baltimore.
